JS Choice Group - Care and Support is looking for a caring and reliable disability support worker to support a participant in South Morang. The participant has expressed a preference for a female support worker.

You do not need to live in South Morang, but you must be willing and able to travel there for shifts.

Shift times

- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 10:00 am

About the role You will provide respectful, person-centred support based on the participant’s needs, preferences and support plan.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in disability support or a related care role
- A patient, respectful and reliable approach
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to travel to South Morang
- Ability to follow support plans and workplace procedures
