About You
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, including providing behaviour support
- Confident and physically capable of undertaking high manual handling tasks
- Skilled in delivering person-centred support that promotes choice, independence, and positive outcomes
- Experience assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, medication administration, and behaviour support
- Robust communication skills and an ability to use alternative communication methods; experience with Key Word Sign is highly desirable
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
