- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, a related qualification, or progress towards completion.
- Experience designing, delivering and evaluating person-centred recreational or lifestyle programs.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent organisation, initiative and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safe, quality outcomes.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in aged care or rural healthcare settings and/or knowledge of aged care quality standards and funding frameworks. Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping create meaningful moments that enhance the lives of others.
