We are currently hiring a Draftsperson.

Based in our Brisbane office (3 days a week, with 2 days working from home) and reporting to the Drafting Team Lead (who is Sydney-based), you'll join our Acquisitions & Development team and play a key role in turning concepts into buildable, compliant and commercially smart designs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical drafting, problem-solving and collaboration, but is also comfortable working independently. Most of the drafting team is based in Sydney, so you'll need to be someone who can manage your workload, stay connected remotely and thrive without someone looking over your shoulder every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed design documentation, home designs and site plans using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare marketing plans, contract documentation and drawings to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with development, design and project teams to deliver practical, buildable outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant legislation, building codes and design standards.
- Support feasibility studies, masterplanning and continuous improvement across design processes.

About You

- Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documentation.
- A solid understanding of residential design, construction methods and building regulations.
- Experience working with project stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- A proactive self-starter who can work autonomously while staying connected to a remote team.
- Someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, approachable and easy to work with.
