The Watsonia RSL has the chance for an experienced Duty Manager to join the Management team.

As the successful applicant, you will be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and have a "hands-on" management style. You will possess a current Victorian Gaming License, RSA, RSG certificates, Gaming experience, TAB compliance and qualifications.

You will be working closely with the General Manager and Venue Manager to help successfully achieve budget requirements. This fulltime position offers further development and advancement, and we offer a great work life balance.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work both day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing Beverage, Gaming Operations, Wagering and Keno.

-Exceptional attention to detail

-Team building and training

-Managing within budget/rostering constraints

-Ability to multitask

-Excellent communication skills

-TAB compliance certificates essential

-Jensen experience would be an advantage
