As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will manage end to end recruitment for our aged care and community services businesses, by attracting, engaging, and hiring talent while helping us build a value adding, modern in-house recruitment service.

n

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who loves connecting people with opportunities, not just posting adverts.

You will proactively source talent, build talent pools and partner with hiring managers to deliver great hiring outcomes and a positive recruitment experience.

Your Impact:

- Lead recruitment end-to-end, from job brief, through sourcing to offer and onboarding.
n
- Understand current hiring needs and build recruitment strategies for your portfolios.
n
- Advertise, search, source and engage candidates across a range of frontline and operational roles.
n
- Build and maintain talent pools to support future workforce demand.
n
- Support initiatives that reduce agency reliance and improve time-to-fill.
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
n
- Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

What You Bring

n

- Experience managing recruitment activities within an agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment.
n
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
n
- Demonstrated ability to source talent through search, networking, referrals, and talent pooling, not just job board advertising.
n




- Stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to take recruitment briefs and build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
n
- High attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
n
- A proactive approach to candidate engagement and recruitment problem solving.
n
- A team-first mindset and openness to feedback, learning, and continuous development.
