Your opportunity

n

As our People Systems Manager, you'll lead and optimise our HR systems environment, ensuring people data, reporting and technology solutions support informed decision-making across the organisation. You'll work with key stakeholders to enhance our SuccessFactors platform and shape the future of our people technology landscape.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
n
- Act as the SME for all SuccessFactors integration design, configuration, automation, operational assurance, and release management.
n
- On an ongoing basis, seek process improvement.
n
- Actively work with our vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.
n
- Maintain data integrity, compliance and security across people systems
n
- Partner with key teams to support HR operations,



integrations, reporting and business insights
n
- Provide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting
n

What you'll bring

n

We're looking for a solutions-focused skilled who can offer:

n

n
- 5 years' + managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment
n
- Deep hands-on functional expertise and certifications in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and core modules
n
- Experience of system integration within enterprise environments as well as leading projects.
n
- Proven success delivering system improvements, releases and change initiatives
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageous
n
