Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team as the second ECT within the service, working alongside our existing ECT, educators and leadership team to support high-quality educational programs and outcomes for children.

About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work collaboratively with our existing ECT and broader team to:
- Develop and deliver engaging, intentional and inclusive learning experiences
- Support curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Mentor and support educators in quality educational practice
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the National Quality Standards




- Create environments where children's interests, strengths, voices and individual needs are recognised
- Maintain a strong and consistent commitment to child safety

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- Has a strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Is passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
- Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Brings ideas, initiative and enthusiasm to their practice
- Values professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement
- Is committed to creating a safe and child-focused environment

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Child Protection and National Child Safety Training
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
