At Lug+Carrie we get people out of cars and onto eBikes. We offer eBike subscriptions and sell new and ex-fleet bikes, with teams in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Our Woolloongabba team is looking for someone who loves talking to people and enjoys the moment a customer gets it on their first test ride.

What you get:

- $60,000-$70,000 + super, pro-rata for part-time
- Employee Share Option Program
- Ride a premium eBike
- Part-time or Full-time. A minimum of 3-4 days including Saturday
- A small, friendly team that wants to change how Brisbane gets around

What your week looks like: No two days are the same:

- In the shop: welcoming customers, running test rides, helping people choose between subscribing and buying, and doing handovers
- On the road: driving our van to deliver bikes and do handovers at customers' homes and workplaces
- On the phone and online: answering questions, booking service appointments and following up leads in Salesforce
- Behind the scenes: fitting accessories, setting up bikes and keeping the shop looking sharp




- Out in the community: the occasional weekend event or market showing people what an eBike can do

What You Bring:

- Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (meeting sales targets is a plus!).
- Communication Skills: Can chat easily with anyone, from a nervous first-time rider to a keen commuter.
- Organisation: Like having goals and keeping things organised (CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus!).
- Licence: A current, full Australian driver's licence.
- Blue Card: A willingness to obtain a Blue Card with our support.
- Availability: Available to work a roster across Tuesday - Saturday.
- Curiousity: A curiousity about eBikes. We'll teach you the tech
