Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7 hours per day

Friday: 6.5 hours

$39.34 - $54.50 per hour

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to also undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person, leading our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

As the Early Childhood Teacher and Nominated Supervisor, you will:

- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
- Ensure children's wellbeing, learning, and developmental needs are met
- Lead and support educators to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
- Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community
- Oversee daily operations and administrative responsibilities of the service
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Promote active supervision and child-safe practices at all times
- Recognise and nurture the strengths of both children and team members

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration




- Current Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and Geccko Child Safety Training certificates
- A current National Police Check issued within the last six months
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar leadership or teaching role
- Experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and needs
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant Children's Services legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, professional, and child-centred approach
