About the Role

As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to provide meaningful learning experiences that support each child's development, wellbeing, and individual strengths.

Key Responsibilities

- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs
- Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Observe and document children's learning and developmental progress
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development
- Maintain high standards of care, supervision, and safety
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
- Support the service's commitment to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards a qualification
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)



and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
