The Role

As a an Educator, you will:

- Support children’s learning, wellbeing and development
- Contribute to engaging, meaningful programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build warm and trusting relationships with families
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team




- Maintain thoughtful documentation and reflective practice
- Help create a calm, nurturing room workplace

About You

You will have

- A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine love of working with children
- Warm, professional communication skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning

Experience with OWNA (or similar software) is welcome but not essential.
