Pro-Cal Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professionals to join our team across permanent and casual roles.

We’re deliberately not looking for one narrow profile.

You may be an E&I; Technician continuing to build broad industrial capability. You may be an experienced Senior Technician who enjoys complex technical work, troubleshooting and being trusted to get the job done. Or you may be ready to take greater ownership of jobs, support other technicians, coordinate work and build strong relationships with clients.

Likewise, you may be looking for the security and continuity of permanent employment — or you may prefer the flexibility of casual work and the ability to join us for shutdowns, projects, FIFO/DIDO assignments and other opportunities that suit your availability.

We’re interested in the person and the capability you bring, not simply the title on your current CV.

The work

· Electrical and instrumentation maintenance and projects · Industrial E&I; fault finding and troubleshooting

· Instrumentation calibration and commissioning

· Analyser systems and specialist instrumentation work

· EEHA inspections and remediation

· Local shutdowns and project work

· FIFO/DIDO assignments throughout WA

· Commissioning and specialist technical assignments.

· Opportunities to develop broader technical, supervisory, planning and client-facing capability.

Depending on the role and your experience, work may be predominantly local, project-based, shutdown-focused, FIFO/DIDO or a combination.

Permanent or casual — there is room for both

For people who prefer casual employment, we offer the opportunity to work with us across local assignments, shutdowns, projects and FIFO/DIDO work. We value experienced technicians who choose flexibility just as much as those looking for a permanent career with us.

Where might you fit?

E&I; Technician — For technicians building strong, broad E&I; capability and increasing independence across industrial environments. Senior E&I; Technician — For highly capable technicians with strong technical depth, advanced fault-finding ability, sound judgement and the confidence to take ownership of complex work.

Lead E&I; Technician — For experienced technicians who combine strong technical capability with broader job ownership, planning, coordination, client communication and leadership.

You do not need to already be a Senior or Lead Technician to apply. If you have the capability and want to keep developing, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll need

· WA A Grade Electrical Workers Licence · Certificate IV - Instrumentation

· Australian working rights

· Current WA Driver’s Licence

· Current LVR/CPR

· Demonstrated industrial electrical and instrumentation experience

· A professional approach to safety, quality and working with clients and other trades

· High Risk Work Licence

· EEHA, Working at Heights and EWP desirable,



with training opportunities available through Pro-Cal

· Ability to obtain National Police Clearance and medical clearance for work.

For Senior and Lead appointments, we’ll also consider the depth of your technical experience, troubleshooting capability, independence, judgement, job ownership and — where relevant — your ability to support people, coordinate work and communicate confidently with clients.
