Room Leader – Toddlers (Diploma Qualified)

We’re seeking a qualified Room Leader for our Toddler age group.

About the role

- Lead a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich toddler room
- Plan and implement play‑based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Guide and mentor a team of educators in the room
- Build strong partnerships with families and support smooth transitions
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards

About you

- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Have a solid understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework, and relevant regulations
- Proven experience leading a room and supporting a team
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and child protection training

Educator Assistants

Assistants play an integral part of our early learning centres, and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members to support our rooms.

About the role

- Support educators in delivering daily programs and routines
- Engage with children in a warm, respectful, and responsive way
- Help create safe, inviting, and stimulating learning environments
- Assist with documentation, observations, and family communication as directed

About you

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willing to study towards a Cert III
- Genuine love for working with young children




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and child protection training (or willingness to obtain)

Centre Cook

We’re also looking for an inspiring Centre Cook to prepare fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our children and educators.

About the role

- Plan and cook balanced menus for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and snacks
- Cater for a range of dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen that meets all food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with the Centre Director and educators on menu planning and nutrition policies
- Order and manage food supplies within budget and keep accurate kitchen records

About you

- Current Food Safety & Handling Certificate (Health and Community)
- Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen; early learning or childcare experience is highly regarded
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is desirable; relevant experience will be considered
- Valid Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and child protection training (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for children’s nutrition and pride in safe, hygienic practices
