About the role

Mader International Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Electrical Accessory Fitters and Automotive Electricians to join our growing team at our Somerton (VIC) ambulance manufacturing and specialist vehicle division. This is a hands-on role working on the fit-out, modification, electrical installation, repair and refurbishment of ambulances and specialist vehicles. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a workshop environment, installing and integrating a range of electrical systems, vehicle accessories and specialist equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Fit-out, modification, electrical installation, repair and refurbishment of ambulances and specialist vehicles

- Installing and integrating electrical systems, vehicle accessories and specialist equipment

- Reading and following wiring diagrams and installation instructions

- Using hand and power tools confidently

- Working independently and as part of a team

About you

- Minimum Certificate II in Automotive Electrical Technology

- Current Australian Driver's Licence – essential

- Experience in automotive electrical work and/or vehicle accessory fitting

- Ability to confidently use hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and installation instructions





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality workmanship

- Strong safety awareness
