Focus of the role

- Establish and maintain predictive and preventative maintenance systems for electrical equipment and systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage the electrical maintenance schedule, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruptions.
- Provide technical leadership and support to electrical teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative maintenance strategies.
- Lead, manage and develop the Electrical Department employees.
- Ensure the weekly electrical maintenance plan is fit for purpose and is executed.
- Support ongoing installations and maintenance work Improving outcomes and standards.
