We have a full-time vacancy for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join the team at our unique facility in MONARTO SOUTH (near Murray Bridge).

Responsibilities

- Design and documentation of electrical systems

- Design electrical circuits and calculate electrical loads for the system networks

- Planned the layout and conducted tests of electrical systems.

- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and specifications.

- Analysis of plant faults & failures and create proactive solutions for plant issues.

- Install and commission projects.

- Daily operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machines.

- Undertake electrical tasks associated with maintenance shutdowns.

- Effectively respond to callouts and unplanned maintenance issues.

- Ensure proper implementation of OHS requirements and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

- Assist in preparing bills of materials and estimates.

Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 years as an electrical engineering technician.





- Knowledge of Automation and Control systems.

- Familiarity with a wide range of PLCs brands.

- Experience working in an industrial and Commercial environment.

- Experience in control board system fault finding repair and installation.

- Understanding of AC & DC charger converters.

- Experience in providing remote troubleshooting and fault-finding solutions.

- Experience with System Design and Panels - Preferable

- Experience in fault-finding and troubleshooting

- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with high standards of efficiency and workmanship

- Sound knowledge of OH&S; regulations pertaining to the role and its working environment

- Knowledge of AutoCAD – Desirable

This is not a FIFO role.

Wages are paid weekly. The base annual salary is in the order of $80,000.00 - $95,000.00, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
