Qualifications & experience

- Essential
- Trade qualification as an Electrician, Electrical Fitter, or equivalent.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

- Construction White Card

Desirable

- Experience in electrical switchboard manufacturing, control panel building, or industrial electrical work.





- Knowledge of AS/NZS electrical standards relating to switchboard manufacture

- Testing and commissioning experience.

- Forklift licence, EWP licence, or other relevant certifications.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Meter wiring / controls wiring following workshop drawings

- Fit-out Switchboards

- Bus bar manufacture utilizing factory machinery (training provided)

- Lead & mentor apprentices

- Drive projects to completion

- Pre-test / pre-commission assemblies

- Electrical workshop, and general WH&S;
