Delta Talent is recruiting an experienced Electrical Site Foreman for an established electrical contractor delivering projects across Sydney.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys running a well-organised site, supporting their team and seeing a project through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading electricians, apprentices and subcontractors on site
- Planning labour, materials and daily works to meet project milestones
- Reading drawings, identifying clashes and raising queries early
- Coordinating with project managers, builders and other trades
- Maintaining site records, quality standards and safe work practices
- Overseeing testing, defect close-out and project handover

- Experience supervising electrical works on construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to read plans and specifications
- Transparent communication and a practical, proactive approach to solving problems
- A commitment to safety, quality and supporting the people around you
