Working with key Maintenance & Operational teams, this role drives tactical improvement projects through PLC optimization to de-bottleneck and delivering maximum returns to the business through enhancing leading-edge technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and maintain fit for purpose Electrical Control Systems and Infrastructure.
- Act as subject matter expert for the electrical department.
- Provide technical support to asset management, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Critically analyse manufacturing processes to identify the chance for improvement.
- Ensure an ongoing focus on lifecycle product costs, process efficiency, and innovation.
- Work with operations personnel to lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis and Investigations.
- Provide coaching to team members to increase overall capability of the team

About You

- You are confident working in a manufacturing, maintenance or process improvement environment.




- You hold a qualification in Electrotechnology or Electrical Engineering.
- You can plan, coordinate and deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and can work collaboratively with maintenance, production and operational teams.
- You are proactive, improvement-focused and comfortable leading investigations and identifying practical solutions.
- You demonstrate a genuine commitment to health, safety, care and creating a harm-free workplace.
