CNS Precision Assembly manufactures high quality Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and provides turnkey solutions to our customers including global component sourcing, testing and configuration, and complete product assembly.

About the role:

Due to continued growth and ongoing projects, we are seeking a talented electronics technician to contribute to our production team.

Key duties will include:

- Assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).

- Rework Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).

- Removal and replacement of Through Hole (TH) & Surface Mount Components (SMT).





- Accurately complete assembly and rework in accordance with detailed written instructions.

- Work to IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 Standards.

- Inspect Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).

- Quality Control (QC).

- Operation of PCBA manufacturing and production equipment and programming.

All work will be carried out under expert supervision and guidance by our Production Supervisor and Senior Technicians.

The successful applicant will:

- have full working rights in Australia;

- have a certificate or qualification in electronics or similar (preferred);

- have relevant IPC qualification (preferred);

- have experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment (essential);

- possess advanced component replacement and soldering skills (essential);

- high attention to detail;

- positive communication skills (written and verbal);

- be able to follow written and verbal instructions;

- be able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
