About The Role

Reporting to the Head of People &

- Capability AU/NZ and working closely with the Senior ER/IR Advisor, you will provide trusted advice and support to leaders and employees across a broad range of employee relations matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ER skilled who enjoys balancing practical case management with advisory work while developing their expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to support fair, compliant and commercially sound workplace outcomes, while contributing to a positive and high-performing culture.

Key responsibilities include

- Providing advice on performance management, conduct, disciplinary matters and workplace grievances.
- Interpreting employment legislation, up-to-date awards, enterprise agreements and employment contracts.
- Managing employee relations casework and supporting workplace investigations.
- Preparing high-quality correspondence, reports and employment documentation.
- Supporting Fair Work Commission matters as required.
- Assisting with policy development, governance activities and People &
- Capability projects.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.





About You You are a confident and collaborative Employee Relations professional who enjoys solving workplace challenges and partnering with leaders to achieve practical outcomes. You have strong judgement, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder service. To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience in an Employee Relations Adviser, HR Adviser, ER/IR Adviser or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
- Experience managing employee relations casework, including performance and conduct matters.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare quality documentation and advice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A team-oriented approach combined with the ability to work independently when required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations, Psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
