We have two incredible positions available at our Hobart site!

MatchWorks is seeking passionate Employment Coaches and Post Placement Support (PPS) Consultants to support people with disability, injury, illness, or other vocational barriers on their journey to meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. In these rewarding roles, you'll build strong relationships with participants, understand their skills, experience, and goals, and provide practical, personalised support at different stages of their employment journey. Whether helping participants become job ready and secure employment as an Employment Coach, or supporting them to maintain and succeed in work as a PPS Consultant, you'll play a key role in achieving sustainable employment outcomes and creating lasting positive change.

What you'll do

As an Employment Coach or Post Placement Support (PPS) Consultant in our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you'll:

- Work with participants to understand their strengths, goals, and employment aspirations, providing tailored support at every stage of their employment journey
- Build strong relationships with participants and employers, helping connect people to meaningful employment opportunities and sustainable outcomes
- Link participants with training, health, workplace, and community supports that promote long-term success
- Support participants to develop practical career and employment plans that build confidence, independence, and job readiness
- Provide ongoing support to participants and employers to help maintain employment, address barriers, and achieve positive workplace outcomes
- Accurately manage participant records, activities, and outcomes in line with program requirements

What you'll bring

- Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills to effectively support participants, employers, and external stakeholders
- Experience providing person-centred support to people with disability, injury, illness, or other vocational barriers
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Inclusive Employment Australia requirements
- A collaborative approach, bringing professionalism, positivity,



and a mature mindset to teamwork
- A passion for helping people achieve their employment goals and reach their full potential

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

- Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
