End User Compute & Collaboration Officer The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced End User Compute & Collaboration Officer to join a broader IT team and help support, maintain and continuously improve a modern end user computing environment.

This is more than a traditional desktop support role. You’ll work across Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Entra ID, while also getting involved in collaboration technologies, device lifecycle initiatives and broader technology improvement projects.

This is a 6-12 month, full-time contracting position offering a day rate and extension possibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll have plenty of variety, with responsibilities including:

- Providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
- Administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Managing endpoint configuration, compliance and application deployment
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD
- Maintaining collaboration, meeting room and end user technologies
- Supporting device lifecycle management and technology refresh programmes
- Improving technical documentation, processes and support practices
- Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the end user technology environment

What We’re Looking For





You’ll bring solid experience within desktop support, endpoint management or end user computing, combined with the confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership through to resolution.

Ideally, you’ll have hands-on experience across:

- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 11
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Mobile device management
- Endpoint security and compliance

Experience with Cisco collaboration technologies, Webex devices, meeting room solutions or enterprise AV environments would be a strong advantage.

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people and is comfortable operating in an environment where good technology support is about the user experience as much as the technology itself.
