Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 5

Remuneration: $1,578 - $1,1613.79 per week

Hours Per Week: 38

Where you'll be working





Based at Macquarie Hospital with a hybrid working model. What you'll be doing

Responsible for providing a high quality, customer focused workforce service with an emphasis on recruitment services and the maintenance of system organisational hierarchies.

Provision of advice and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and awards, while acting as the key central point of contact for recruitment and establishment related enquiries People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Demonstrated understanding and experience in workforce administration processes, including the interpretation and application of industrial awards, policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
2. Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
3. Demonstrated customer services skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries. Ability to building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
