Engagement Manager
Queensland or Western Australia | Full-time | Remote with regular customer site travel MaxMine sits at the intersection of mining operations, technology and data. We work alongside our customers to embed technology and data into the way their operations run, identify meaningful improvement opportunities and turn those opportunities into measurable results.
We’re looking for an Engagement Manager to lead that relationship across a portfolio of customer sites.
This is a broad, high-trust role combining customer leadership, operational improvement, technology adoption and analytics. You’ll work closely with customer teams to understand their priorities and operating environment, help them get the most from MaxMine, and connect the right people, technology and insights to move things forward.
About the role
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be the primary MaxMine contact for your assigned customer sites. You’ll work with stakeholders ranging from frontline users and operational teams through to technical specialists and senior customer leaders. coordinating actions and maintaining momentum between visits.
