About the role We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses for rural and regional aged-care contracts across Victoria.
This is rural contract work — not Melbourne-based work. Candidates must be comfortable travelling to and living in a regional/rural location for the duration of their contract.
Contracts are available for anywhere from 1****week to 4 months (opportunity to extend), with next contracts weekly to choose from
You will work within residential aged care, providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents while working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team.
About you
We are looking for nurses who:
- Are AHPRA registered as an RN or EN
- Are available to commit to full-time equivalent hours for the duration of the contract
- Have their own reliable vehicle
- Are willing and able to travel to and live in a rural/regional location
What you'll receive
- Salary:
$50–$140 per hour
- Paid overtime and applicable penalties
- Ward rotation/Full-time equivalent hours
- Accommodation: Usually only shared with 2 other HCP's
- Travel/flights: Fully covered

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12 months EEN/RN aged care experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Police check within the last 12 months
- Current flu & COVID vaccination records
- FULL Australian working rights
- Ability to work full-time equivalent hours
- Own car & driver's licence
- Ability to travel and stay in regional/rural Victoria
