About the role:

- Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Support the development and review of individual care plans alongside the RN and patient.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Midwives and the multidisciplinary team.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that support safe, effective patient care.

About you:

- Hold a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care, working with the RN to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and maintain a safe clinical environment.




- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
- Bring robust communication, empathy, integrity and respect when working with patients, carers and colleagues.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $91,510 p.a. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $38.11 - $40.45 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
