Lending Support Specialist | Operations & Settlements n

- Pay Rate: $40.00/hr + super + OT & weekend rates when applicable

- Work Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract with potential to extend

- Must have flexibility to work OT or be rostered for Saturdays work (weekend rates apply)

About the Role: n

Our client is a high-performing financial services organisation who is rapidly expanding their market footprint and seeking Lending Support Specialists for 6-month contracts in Sydney.

n

This role provides critical operational support to both credit and settlement teams during a period of high origination volumes. It is an ideal fit for someone with a background in settlements, credit support, or retail lending administration.

Key Responsibilities: n

Conduct crucial credit support activities, including income verification and ID/AML/KYC checks.

n

Provide end-to-end administrative support across retail lending and settlement functions.

n

Manage inbound introducer/broker inquiries and assist with workflow management to meet key SLAs.

n





Identify and elevate fraud risks or compliance irregularities.

n

Assist operations with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For: n

1-2+ years of experience in financial services (preferably in retail lending, credit support, or settlements).

n

Exposure to ID/AML verification, income assessment, or document verification.

n

High attention to detail with solid organizational and multi-tasking skills.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Flexibility: Availability to work overtime or occasional weekend rostered shifts (Saturdays).

n

Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders with relevant international financial services experience are welcome to apply!
