Escapes Liaison

Belle Property Escapes Snowy Mountains is a premium holiday accommodation agency within the region’s leading real estate business, Belle Property Snowy Mountains. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Escapes Liasion. The position is full-time and is based in our Thredbo and Jindabyne offices.

37.5 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends

Core Responsibilities & Duties

- Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
- Provide guests with accurate property details, check-in/out information and local insights.
- Assist with any in-stay concerns or requests, ensuring effective and empathetic resolution.
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to confirm cleanliness, presentation and readiness.
- Take note of any maintenance issues, property damage or missing items, report accordingly and assist the managers in contractor management.
- Maintain a checklist of standard inclusions per property and verify compliance during inspections ie: signage for pool, BBQ, fire requirements etc.




- Communicate issues clearly and promptly to the manager/s using internal reporting tools or systems.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance guest satisfaction or operational efficiency.
- Track recurring property issues and assist in developing long-term solutions.
- Relay feedback to the manager/s about property condition and any issues you see arising.
- Assist with property data updates in the PMS (Resly), including notes, images and listing info.

Key requirements: · Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

· Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of starting with the business)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude

· Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal environment
