The Role
We are looking for Event Waitstaff to join our casual team.
You'll work across a range of events, assisting our kitchen and events teams to ensure every function runs smoothly.
Your role will include
- Food and beverage service
- Setting tables and preparing event spaces
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Serving canapés, meals and beverages
- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and presentable service area
- Assisting with event setup and pack-down
- Working closely with the kitchen, function manager and events team
- Ensuring guests are well looked after throughout the event
- Maintaining Broadbean’s high standards of service, presentation and professionalism
Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, with supervisor and management roles available for the right candidates. About you
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- High level of customer service
- Professional presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous bartending experience is highly regarded
