About the role

Bonoli Group is an Adelaide-based construction group with operations across plasterboard contracting, residential construction and property development. This position offers exposure beyond a single trade, with the opportunity to work across both plasterboard contracting operations and broader construction and development projects.

Key responsibilities

- Review architectural, engineering and construction drawings
- Complete quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Review project specifications and scopes of work
- Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Prepare and track variations
- Assist with construction cost planning and project budgets
- Identify scope gaps, omissions and potential commercial risks
- Liaise with builders, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
- Maintain estimating rates, pricing information and cost records

About you

- Previous estimating experience within the Australian construction industry




- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Experience with quantity take-offs, tendering and cost estimating
- Good understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and different trade scopes
- Solid attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Good numerical and computer skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently, think critically and manage deadlines
- Full Australian working rights
- A current driver's licence
