Your new role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join their production team at a major open-cut coal operation in the Bowen Basin. Working a 7/7 day and night roster, you will be responsible for operating large-scale mining excavators to safely achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with site safety standards. You will work alongside a skilled and experienced crew, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day mining operations.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous mining experience operating large-scale production excavators, including: Liebherr R9800, Liebherr R9400, Liebherr R9350, Hitachi EX3600
- Current RII Machinery Competencies relevant to excavator operations




- Ability to DIDO to site or utilise BIBO services from Mackay or Townsville
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Ability to complete a National Police Check
- Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety
- Contactable employment references
