CBRE is building a casual pool of Events &
- Venue Support professionals to assist across premium corporate venues and client events in Melbourne CBD.

These opportunities are ideal for people already working in hospitality, functions, conferencing, events or premium customer service who would like to pick up extra weekday hours in a professional corporate environment.

Assignments vary depending on client needs. Some may only be a few hours. Others may run for a full day, several days or a longer temporary placement.

The common thread is simple: well-presented people, exceptional service and a willingness to help create a seamless experience for clients and guests.

Perfect for someone working in fine dining, conferencing, hotels, premium catering, corporate hospitality or venue operations who is looking to supplement their current roster with additional casual work.

In this role, you will

- Prepare meeting rooms, event spaces and client areas to a consistently high standard
- Welcome guests, clients and visitors and provide professional support throughout events
- Assist with room setup, pack down and venue presentation before and after functions
- Support bookings, enquiries, venue coordination and event administration where required
- Conduct site walkthroughs and assist prospective clients during venue visits




- Help deliver a premium customer experience across a variety of corporate events and venues

- Solid customer service skills and confidence engaging with guests and clients

- Availability for weekday assignments across Melbourne CBD
