About the Role

Our client, a highly regarded CEO in the sports industry, is seeking a trusted right hand to manage their diary, communications and priorities with precision and poise. This role involves highly confidential matters, exciting events, travel, and engagement with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO's diary, correspondence and enquiries with sound judgement around priorities
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations
- Handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion
- Plan and deliver high-end client functions, dinners and events
- Attend events and engage with clients, representing the business professionally
- Coordinate travel as needed
- Provide ad hoc support as required

About You

- Strong experience supporting a CEO or senior executive




- Able to work from the office Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability as required
- Uncompromising discretion and understanding of confidentiality
- Polished presentation with the confidence to engage with high-profile clientele
- Proven event management experience, ideally in a premium workplace
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside business hours and travel when required
