The Opportunity

We're looking for an Executive General Manager, Head of AI & Digital, reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer. This role has Group-wide responsibility for how Crown uses AI, digital and data to shape the guest experience, grow revenue and yield, and improve performance across our Melbourne, Sydney and Perth properties. You'll own the strategy and the business outcomes of Crown's core customer-facing technology.

You'll build a high-performing function and bring the Executive team and Property CEOs together to deliver measurable results at pace. The impact of your decisions will be real and immediate.

What You'll Do

- Own and lead Crown's AI and Digital strategy, aligned to Group priorities, property needs and clear commercial outcomes
- Reshape end-to-end customer journeys across digital, physical and integrated experiences to improve personalisation, loyalty and lifetime value
- Build advanced yield management and revenue optimisation capabilities across gaming, hotels and the wider resort
- Build and lead the AI & Digital function, including organisational design, senior hiring and embedding a modern product operating model
- Set the build-versus-partner approach and manage strategic vendor,



platform and consulting relationships with commercial rigour
- Set up Group-wide governance across the AI and digital portfolio, working with Technology, Data, Risk, Legal and Compliance so projects are delivered responsibly and meet regulatory, privacy, security and responsible gaming obligations

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience building and leading AI and/or digital capabilities end-to-end in large, complex, multi-site organisations
- A strong track record of delivering significant commercial results through AI and digital initiatives, including revenue growth, yield optimisation and efficiency
- Executive presence, with experience influencing and advising Boards, Executive Committees and senior operational leaders
- Deep understanding of modern AI and digital technologies, with a practical, results-focused approach to getting things done
- Robust people leadership, including building senior multidisciplinary teams and managing high-value external partnerships
- Experience in highly regulated, customer-facing industries (preferred), and the ability to obtain and hold casino and gaming employee licences in VIC, NSW and WA
