We are now looking for an experienced Executive Sales Consultant with a genuine interest in personal and business education to join our team.

The Role

This is a remote, client-facing role for a professional who enjoys meaningful conversations and guiding others. You will connect with individuals who have already expressed interest in our programs and guide qualified prospects through an established, consultative process.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years experience in sales, business development, or coaching who is looking for more autonomy, flexibility and purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

- Connecting with new audiences via digital marketing and online platforms
- Engaging with individuals who have expressed interest in our personal development and leadership programs
- Sharing approved information and guiding qualified prospects through our structured program pathway
- Managing follow-up and scheduling using established CRM and digital systems
- Investing in your own personal and leadership development
- Managing your schedule and performance goals in a versatile, remote model

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years experience in sales, executive sales, business development, coaching or customer-focused consulting
- Have a genuine interest in personal development and business education
- Enjoy talking to people and are confident with social media and online communication
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding others through decision-making
- Are organised, professional and can follow structured processes
- Are confident working independently, taking ownership of results, and operating in a remote environment
- Are open to learning modern digital tools and committed to your own growth
