LAB Specialty Coffee is a busy specialty cafe in Brisbane CBD, and we’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team long-term.

This is not an entry-level barista position. Previous hands-on barista experience is essential.

What we’re looking for

- Confident and experienced on a commercial espresso machine
- Strong milk steaming skills with consistent quality, even during busy periods
- Confident latte art skills – including takeaway coffees
- Fluent and confident English communication with customers and team members
- Good availability across Monday to Saturday
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
- Able to work efficiently and stay calm in a fast-paced cafe
- Friendly, bubbly and naturally suited to hospitality
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player

We’re looking for someone who can step onto the coffee machine with confidence. We’re happy to help you learn our workflow and standards, but unfortunately we are not in a position to provide basic barista training.
