- Stock Management: Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the shop complies with all food safety and health regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Butcher: Trade certificate in meat processing is essential.
- Leadership Potential: Previous experience as a 2IC or a strong desire to step up when needed.
- Reliable & Driven: A strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Pride in creating clean, eye-catching cabinet displays.
