Key responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Align team to deliver high-quality projects
2. Process accurate, 3D Design software drawings and renders to visualise and communicate design concepts - training provided
3. Liaise with clients, construction teams and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
4. Develop detailed specifications and shop drawings for cabinetry and joinery
5. Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification in Cabinet Making, Furniture Design or a related trade
2. Extensive experience as a Cabinetmaker/Designer, ideally 2+ years
3. 3D Kitchen software experience is ideal, if not we can train you
4. Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
5.



Good communication and client liaison skills
6. Passion for creating high-quality, bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and furniture
7. Commitment to safety and compliance in the workshop setting

We will provide you with training and ongoing support to assist you in this role as we understand workshops are all different and we do not expect you to everything from day one.

Join Align Cabinets talented team as an experienced Drafter / Cabinetmaker who is looking for a Drafting role to draft and process kitchens and cabinetry. We will provide you with training and ongoing support to assist you in this role as we understand workshops are all different and we do not expect you to everything from day one.

This full-time role based in our Upper Coomera workshop and office offers the opportunity to apply your cabinetmaking, drafting & processing skills to deliver quality kitchens and cabinetry.
