Experienced Heidelberg Cylinder / Platen Operator

New Creation Print – Mulgrave, VIC We’re looking for an experienced operator to take ownership of our finishing department, operating:

- 2 × Heidelberg Cylinder presses
- 1 × Heidelberg Platen

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the setup and operation of cylinder and platen machines across a range of finishing work, including:

- Die-cutting
- Slitting
- Creasing
- Perforating

This is a hands-on role — we need someone who can set up and run jobs independently, not just operate pre-set work.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience on Heidelberg Cylinder and/or Platen presses
- Strong setup ability (packing, formes, make-ready)
- Solid understanding of sheet control, lays, and registration
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on press
- Reliable, detail-focused, and production-driven
