About the role

We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our Financial Planning division in a combined Client Services Officer and Paraplanning role. You will be a contact for a portfolio of client groups and also produce high-quality advice documents and work closely with our financial advisers.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with clients as their first point of contact, managing their ongoing service and review cycle
- Prepare compliant, well-reasoned Statements of Advice and Records of Advice across superannuation, investment, retirement and insurance.
- Research and model strategies, including contribution strategies, Transfer Balance Cap considerations, pension commencements and BDBNs
- Coordinate implementation, product applications and follow-through with platforms, insurers and fund providers

- Prepare for review meetings
- Keep client files accurate, audit-ready and compliant with AFSL, Best Interests Duty and AML/CTF obligations

About you

- 3+ years' experience as a paraplanner, client service manager or similar in an Australian financial planning practice
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, SMSFs,



retirement income and insurance
- Clear, accurate writing and a sharp eye for compliance detail
- Confident, warm communicator who enjoys client contact
- Well organised, able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial planning software and platforms
