INTER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Operators to join our manufacturing team.

We have multiple positions available across food production, blending, chemical blending, forklift operations and Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) packaging across Day and Afternoon Shifts in the South Eastern Suburbs.

These roles are suited to people who enjoy hands-on work, can follow production procedures and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and assigned role, your duties may include:

- Operating industrial food blenders and mixing equipment.

- Performing chemical blending and batching in accordance with recipes, specifications and safety procedures.

- Accurately weighing, measuring and adding raw materials and ingredients.

- Operating Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) packaging machines.

- Setting up, monitoring and making basic adjustments to production and packaging equipment.

- Operating forklifts to move raw materials, packaging and finished products.

- Loading and unloading materials safely.

- Completing production records, batch documentation and quality checks.

- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues or discrepancies.

- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas.

- Following all food safety, chemical handling, WHS and site procedures.

- Working safely and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.

About You

We are looking for people who have:





- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food processing or chemical blending.

- Experience operating blending or mixing equipment.

- Experience operating VFFS packaging machinery is highly regarded.

- A current Forklift Licence (LF) and practical forklift experience is highly desirable.

- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.

- Experience handling chemicals safely is highly regarded.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow recipes, formulas and production instructions.

- Positive mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic and a safety-first attitude.

- Ability to undertake manual handling and physical production duties.
