About the Role

Securecorp is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator who takes pride in their work and can operate confidently in a rapid-paced environment. This role is based across both Woodend and Tullamarine sites and involves managing CCTV, access control, emergency incidents, communications and reporting with accuracy and professionalism.

You will work alongside experienced teams in dynamic environments, utilising advanced, industry-leading security technologies.

This is an opportunity to work with leading systems including Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom and PassagePoint, while working alongside highly experienced security professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate advanced CCTV and security systems
- Manage access control and visitor management processes




- Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency responses
- Communicate effectively with emergency services, stakeholders and on-site teams
- Maintain accurate reports, logs and records
- Support site operations through proactive security monitoring

Skills & Experience

- Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
- Proven experience in a busy control room environment
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident management and emergency procedures
- Experience with Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, PassagePoint or similar systems
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- ASIC Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Hepatitis B & Influenza vaccination certificates, or willingness to obtain
