TYGA Restaurant is a Southeast Asian restaurant in Carnegie, and we’re looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our bar team as we head into the busier summer period.

We’re looking for someone confident behind the bar, reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

The role will initially involve around 3–4 regular shifts per week, including weekends, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows. Extra shifts may also be available for someone who is happy to assist on the restaurant floor when required.

About the role:

- Preparing cocktails consistently according to house recipes and specifications
- Setting up and closing the bar to a high standard
- Cocktail batching and basic bar preparation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Providing friendly and professional guest service
- Working efficiently during busy services
- Restocking and assisting with general bar duties
- Working closely with the floor and management team
- Assisting with floor service when required or when additional hours are wanted

What we’re looking for:





- Previous cocktail bartending experience is required
- Confident with classic cocktails and cocktail service
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and clean behind the bar
- Comfortable working in busy services
- Able to follow recipes and specifications consistently
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Robust teamwork
- Regular weekend availability
- Victorian RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
- Must currently be based in Australia

Hours Approximately 3–4 regular shifts per week, including weekends.

Expected approximately 20–26 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours depending on business needs, summer trade and availability.
