Your role will be directly responsible for:

Operating machinery across a variety of projects, including:

· Regional and remote civil projects

· Road maintenance and rehabilitation

· Landslip and erosion remediation

· Vegetation clearing works

· General civil projects

Our projects vary considerably, so the ability to work efficiently in different environments is significant.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria:

· Have proven experience operating excavators and other equipment in a civil/earthmoving environment

· Confident operating excavators from 5t to 25t

· Ability to float your equipment to site

· Takes pride in machinery while maintaining a high standard of work

· Can work independently and as part of a small screw

· Is willing to assist with general site duties when required

· Communicates well with supervisors, clients and other members of the crew

Additional tickets such as HC licence, skid steer,



grader or other plant competencies will be highly regarded.

A little about us:

We’re Ground Technique, an experienced and established Victorian excavation company specialising in civil construction and road maintenance. We’ve handled some of the biggest and toughest land clearing and excavation jobs across the state.

As an experienced operator, you will be expected to take ownership of your work, look after the equipment and contribute to getting the job done properly.

Our projects are located all over Victoria, and there will be times when you will be required to work away from home. Our depot is located in Langwarrin, Victoria.
