What started as a humble fruit and vegetable shop has grown into a vibrant one-stop destination, offering our customers an extensive range of continental goods, bakery treats, a full-service butcher, and a florist. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic casual Fruit & Vegetable Shop Assistant to join our friendly shop floor team. You’ll enjoy a supportive work environment and a role that offers variety, stability, and a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Rotate, display, and replenish fresh produce to maintain quality and presentation

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised shop floor

- Cut, wrap, and prepare fruits and vegetables for sale

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures

- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a similar retail or produce role is essential
- A proactive and energetic approach to daily tasks

- Well-presented with robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail and product knowledge

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends
- afternoon shift availability is a must, with some early mornings.

- Confident in using a POS System

Job Type: casual position with the potential to go part-time or full-time
