Bee & Bloom Home Services is a growing Sydney cleaning business, and we’re looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join our team. We are currently looking to bring on 2-3 cleaners, with hours initially offered on a casual basis as work becomes available. As the business continues to grow and more regular clients come on board, there will be the opportunity for the right people to move into regular part-time hours and potentially full-time work in the future. Previous professional cleaning experience is essential. We need cleaners who are confident working independently in clients’ homes and who genuinely take pride in the standard of their work.

The role may include: Regular residential cleaning Deep and one-off cleans End-of-lease and rectification cleans Airbnb/turnover cleaning where suitable Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Dusting and detailed surface cleaning Windows, skirting boards and other detailed tasks depending on the booking What we’re looking for:



Previous professional cleaning experience Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Positive communication Comfortable working independently and, at times, alongside another cleaner Able to follow individual client scopes and cleaning checklists Reliable transport and willingness to travel to different Sydney jobs Flexible availability across the week Availability for occasional Saturday and Sunday work Australian working rights Police check, or willingness to obtain one where required Equipment: Bee & Bloom can provide the cleaning products and equipment required for work, so owning your own equipment is not essential. However, applicants who already have professional cleaning equipment and products are very welcome to let us know. We’re looking for people we can build a long-term working relationship with as Bee & Bloom grows.

Reliability is extremely important to us, as our cleaners are representing the business directly in our clients’ homes.
