City Venue Management (CVM) offers a School-Based Traineeship for Grade 10 and 11 students (15+ years old) at North Lakes. You'll gain hands-on paid experience in the aquatic industry while completing a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation.

The traineeship runs * months with on-job training and CPR/First Aid and Swim Teaching qualifications; pool lifeguard is optional after the first three qualifications. Eligible applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
