Job Description

GitLab is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT). You’ll lead end-to-end incident response for high-severity events across a 24/7 global setting, leveraging automation and AI-driven approaches to improve detection fidelity and reduce response times.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers to elevate incident response maturity. You will partner with Detection Engineering and Threat Intelligence to strengthen GitLab’s security
